join Isabella's monthly immersions into embodied exploration - holistic movement and awareness practices that weave together somatics, yoga, non-dual tantra, embodied intimacy and psycho-spiritual inquiry.
these containers allow to meet and inhabit our felt sense & wholeness. Together and held by Isabella's gentle guidance and artfully created soundscapes we co-create a space for radical self-expression - to cultivate intuitive listening, emotional awareness and to call home unintegrated parts
a return to the mythic body and the body as the vessel for our relating and awakening
these containers offer deep information on somatics, non-dual tantra teachings and sharing, so are much more than your usual yoga class. please reserve 1.5 - 2h and create ample space - time for you to Be, to unfold, to touch and be touched by your inner world and to commune - with others, the divine, your emotional body. Themes of classes are subject to change.

these circles are here to remind us of our return to the mythic body that is mother nature, the cycles we inhabit and that may guide us if we listen, remember and recall - if we devote ourselves to the feminine currents of creation, flow, darkness and the hum of knowing our ancient wisdom
